CHEF MARCUS

Marcus’ enthusiasm for making fresh, flavorful food that tells a story and brings people together is why he started Feast.

 
 
 
 

He believes less is more, and his unfussy cooking style is marked by his love of seasonal cooking over an open flame. He grows many of his ingredients or sources locally from his farmer’s market.

Born and raised in England, Marcus worked in kitchens around the world before settling in LA. When he’s not cooking, he loves to travel. He travels to eat, drink and to learn, and he’s inspired by a wide variety of countries, cultures and cuisines around the world as well as regional cooking styles and ingredients and the stories behind them.
