We actively seek out local ingredients and vendors, eliminating reliance on long distance shipping or trucking and we often furnish fresh produce for our menus from our own local organic garden plots.


We develop personalized menus highlighting fresh, seasonal ingredients to compliment your event theme, style and budget, and are happy to creatively accommodate any special dietary needs or ingredients. 

Before your event we can provide a complete tasting of your chosen menu and suggest complimentary beverages, including hard-to-find or vintage wines, champagnes and specialty liquors.
